Laytonesque Academics

Have you ever felt like Professor Layton in your classes? 

--So apparently, my sister and I have Laytonesque classes this semester! I was inspired to draw something about it, so here's my final interpetation of my Laytonesque life! OMFG 2 MORE WEEKS OF SCHOOL LEFT SAVE MEEEEEEE

My sister (Professor Layton) has Archaeology, College Calculus, and Film Literature; I (Jean Descole) have Cultural Anthropology [specifically "Magic, Witchcraft and Religion"], Astronomy, and College English. We both share a class for Macro Econ [indicated by the green chalkboard background]

While I was coloring, I figured that I can make some of my art look like chalk drawings, since the theme is basically about education and academics! So there you have it, little chalk drawings that symbolize each aspect of the class! 

BONUS: 50 Picarats if you spot something related to the Azran Legacies game! 8D LOL It shouldn't be too hard to find~

The textbooks are real and based on real books! Personally, I like the books despite having to use them for the class--I especially like my Anthropology book, it has nice diagrams and descriptions on cultures that pratice "magic" for their religion!

I also did a similar piece for last semester! It's actually a cosplay video, featuring my sister cosplaying as Professor Layton and me cosplaying as Jean Descole! It's a little role-play type of thing we did just for the fun of it!
