Fading Fields....

This is another new addition to my 2010-2011 piece, Collaboration of the Seasons! The other versions are available below!
Also, this is my very late Memorial Day / month May tribute!
I was unable to draw what I originally intended, so I kept up with this doodle piece!
Despite how awfully sketchy unsuitable the art itself is, I ended up enjoying a bit of experimenting with it!
In the end, I sorta disappointed myself, but I hope it enlightens you!

BTW, the lyrics are from the a well-known traditional American song, "America the Beautiful"!
Interesting Fact: The traditional American song "America the Beautiful" actually originated from the British anthem "God Save the Queen"!
They both have the same melody, but with different lyrics!
